I bought a new camera!!!

I'm so excited for my new camera. it's a FUJIFILM and a lot more professional than my other camera. I also bought a tripod so I can easily record my outfits so you have a lot to look forward from this blog. I promise I will take pictures of every worth-watching outfit I would wear, now that I can do it so easily.

The job of a stylist- fashion lecture by Marangoni Institute

Last week I attended a fashion lecture which took place in Tel Aviv where is located the branch of Intituto Marangoni. A presgious stylist, which is also a professor in Marangoni, lectured about the job of a stylist, about fashion in general and also told us about his biography. It was such an interesting lecture and I have learned a lot from it about the fashion industry. For example, about the 4 fashion capitals: New York, Milano, Paris and London which each and every one of them has a different style. My favorite style would be Paris, I think. Also, I realized how much I want to be part of the fashion industry, I now know for sure that would I like to become a fashion journalist\editor after I graduate.
Marangoni Institute, is one of the best fashion schools in the world and they also offer a 3 week fashion courses which are highly recommended and I think I'm gonna participate in one of them.


בשבוע שעבר נכחתי בהרצאה על אופנה בסניף של בית הספר הגבוה לאופנה מרנגוני. למרצה קראו פיליפ והוא סטייליסט בכיר בעולם האופנה ומרצה במרנגוני. פיליפ נולד במילאנו ומכיוון שמגיל קטן היה קשור לעולם האופנה(אביו צלם ואימו סטייליסטית) הוא החליט ללמוד סטיילינג במרנגוני. כשהוא סיים את הלימודים הוא התמחה בין השאר בדולצ'ה וגבאנה במחלקת היחסי ציבור ומשם התקדם לתפקידים יותר בכירים של סטייליסט בעולם האופנה, כיום הוא מרצה במרגנגוני בסניף בלונדון. פיליפ הסביר על השוני בין ארבעת ערי בירות האופנה: מילאנו, פריס, ניו יורק ולונדון. הכי אהבתי את הסטייל בפריס שמתבטא הכי בווג פריס.
פיליפ הסביר שתפקידו של הסטייליסט הוא מאוד רחב ומורכב מהרבה יותר מלהחליט למישהו מה ללבוש. ההרצאה הייתה נורא מעניינית והיא רק עזרה לי להבין כמה אני רוצה להיות חלק מעולם האופנה ולעבוד בו! אולי בקיץ אני אקח את אחד הקורסים הקצרים שמרנגוני מציע, למרות המחיר המגוחך... 25 אלף שקל ל3 שבועות. טירוף. אבל כנראה שזה יהיה שווה את זה.

 I had a fabulous photoshoots today with such a talented photographer, it feels good to be in the modeling industry again. Although, I am in the middle of my studies so I can't really focus on that yet, but it will change soon when I will finish my test. but while I'm dedicating my life to the studies right now I found some time to do a photoshoots and I also did the styling so it was pretty challenging task.
Tommorow I will be working on another project so I'm really exciting. I post this picture from my facebook really quickly because I am not at home and I don't have pictures on that computer. hope I can show you my styling pics very soon! and also to tell you about a lecture about fashion I attended from the Marangoni fashion institute. a walk by the river

I took these session of pictures when I went to have a mani pedi in Tel Aviv the other day, I took my dog, Chanel, with me and we did a little walk by the river. When I went out from the beauty salon I couldn't put my shoes back on because the nails color wasn't dry yet so they gave me this fliflops to wear. it was a lovely day!

So.. I started working as a hostess in events once in a while during my studies. This is a really good job, you earn a lot of money and all you have to be is be beautiful and smile with a bunch of pretty girls. However, the worst part of that job is that they hire a hairstylist to do your hair and it's usually doesn't turns out quit right like at that particular night, he put so much spray in my hair that it almost ruin it... but well.... you gotta learn how to deal with everything in life if you wanna make some money in glamorous jobs, I guess.
For the event they gave us a basic Zara black little dress, but in the pictures I was wearing glittering jacket from Pull & Bear and H&M skirt and blouse that I got in Berlin.

free from the army!!!

I'm sorry I didn't post that much as I used too, I am so busy lately, I'm studying a lot.
well, on Thursday I got released from the army, this was a very emotional day. The end of 2 difficult but with many experiences years! I think two years of serving my country has made me a lot more mature and I also feel proud of myself. But this is good to be FREE finally I have been waiting for this day so long... it feels so good to know that I am starting the REAL life and I can now be independent.
I wasn't wearing the uniform so I had a little session of pictures before with my dog, Chanel.

The leopard trend

From this season's leopard trend I have been able to collect many unique pieces including the ones in the pictures. Stores are now full of leopard print items in all shapes sizes and colors! so it's definitely a good time to go hunting if you haven't done it yet. I totally love this trend but I have seen too many people wear it without really knowing how. If you already have one item in your outfit which includes leopard or any other animal print, you should not put another one. One color which always goes well with this trend is black so I recommend you to spice up a black outfit with a leopard item such as leggings or a nice scarf. Although, there is no specific rules in fashion and you can mix and match whatever you think looks good.
